How to Order
1) Use the secure shopping cart on this site - it's secure, quick, and easy!
2) Call us at (231) 753-8359 - if we don't answer, please leave your contact information and we'll return your call promptly to take your order over the phone.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal - you don't need to have a Paypal account to check out using our system.  We also accept the same credit cards over the phone.

Shipping Times
Most items will ship 1-3 days after your order is placed.  Made to order items, however, usually take 2-4 weeks to ship - please check the shipping times in the product listings.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are figured in the cart and vary depending on the items purchased - insurance is included in the shipping cost.  In the checkout area, you'll be able to see the shipping rates for your order and can choose the shipping method you prefer.  If you'd like to see the shipping cost for the items in your cart as you're shopping, click on the circle with the item count in the upper right hand corner, then enter in your shipping zip code in the "Calculate Shipping" box and hit the "Calculate" button.  This will give you a list of shipping prices and options.    We ship via US Mail (First Class & Priority), UPS ground, UPS 2-day and UPS-overnight. 

Damaged in Shipping
If you received a damaged item, you must save the shipping container and materials, and call us at 231-753-8359 within three days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase does not meet your needs, you may return it to us within two weeks of your receipt for a refund, exchange (shipping will be charged on exchanges), or gift card.  Returns must be postmarked within two weeks of your receipt, and items must be in their original condition with tags attached (if any) and original packaging with a copy of the paperwork and contact information enclosed to ensure that we can credit you properly.  Please insure your return, and pack it well in sturdy packaging - we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.   If your purchase was made during a "free shipping" promotion, standard shipping charges will be applied to full or partial returns.

If your item was a gift, please note that with your return.  We will send you a gift card or the exchange of your choice, whichever you prefer.  Shipping is charged on exchanges.   

Please note that we cannot refund, exchange or issue credit for custom order items, or  sale items.  However, if a mistake was made on a custom order according to the original order specifications, we will re-make or fix the item to your satisfaction.  Also, any HANNI brand jewelry purchased from one of our retailers may not be returned to us - please deal directly with the store/catalog where you purchased the piece.

Privacy Policy
It's pretty simple, really...we will never share or sell your personal information!  And the only e-mail you'll receive from us will be related to your order, unless you sign up for our awesome newsletter...
